Why does it say that my License ID is incorrect?
Please be sure you are copying (CTRL+C) and pasting (CTR+V) it from the original e-mail as the instructions
suggest. It is extremely easy to mistake the number zero for the letter "O". It is virtually
impossible that the License ID is incorrect, as it is computer generated without human
intervention. 99% of all License ID errors are caused by user error. Also, be sure you are
entering the License ID and not the Registration Key into your software.
NOTE:
The License ID will only work on the computer that you used for registration.

I never receive my License ID after registering.
This means one of two things, for unknown reasons our e-mail did not reach you yet, or you typed
in the wrong e-mail address. If you are on AOL or a similar service, be sure you do not have
spam prevention enabled as it has been known to reject the e-mail containing the License ID.
You can go to the Support website and log in using
your e-mail address and the password you chose during registration and retrieve your License
ID via our Registration Manager.

I am reinstalling and it will not accept my License ID.
Registration is only good for one computer (with the exception of Multi-user products). If you
reinstall your operating system or want to move your Software602 product to another machine,
you will need to deactivate your current registration
and then re-register using your original registration key. If you do not have your original
registration key, you may have it e-mailed to you by logging into the
Support website and click Registration Manager or Order History.

I have lost my original Registration Key, how can I obtain it again?
If you have already registered your product online in the past, you can retrieve all your License ID's and
Registration Key's via our Registration Manager by logging into the Support
website. It also features one-click deactivation in case you need this information for a reinstallation. If
you have not registered before, you will need to contact the organization you purchased the software from.
People who have purchased directly from Software602's website can use the
Find an Order service or login to the
Support website and click Order History.

I don't have Internet access on the computer I want to register.
You can still register from any computer with an Internet connection by going directly to the
Product Registration page. You will
need the Product ID from the software ON THE PC YOU ARE TRYING TO REGISTER as
well as the Registration Key you were given when you purchased the product. Multi-user products
do not require a Product ID and can be registered here.
