I throw a paper route and send out late notices to some of my customers and am having trouble gettig mail merge to pickup the most current mailing list so I can print and address these notices

Exactly what kind of problems are you having? Your message doesn't tell me enough to even guess what the problem is.

I am having problems geting mail merge to pickup my most current mailing list so that I can print the address and message at the same time.I have removed some customers for nonpay but they are still showing up as current subscribers.
