I am helping a friend download and install 602Pro PC Suite 2001 on her comptuer with Windows XP. she has tried downloading the file to different folders, and she always gets error message saying it's not a valid win32 application. Is there any way around that message? Is anybody else experiencing that? Any advice is appreciated.

This error means the file didn't get downloaded correctly. You need to download it again. It's about 16MB so it should take a couple hours via dial-up.
