I have been using GoToMyPC to enable users to remotely access their desktops. This web based service requires standard ports 80, 443 and 8200 remain open. I had no problem at all in 602Pro LanSuite 2002, but since my upgrade last Friday to v. 2003 my users desktops are unable to "watch" the web for remote access requests. My firewall tab remains UNCHECKED and I have not changed any other features. Has anyone else had this (or a similar) problem? Any advise? Ann-Marie

I've heard of this service, but I don't use it myself. VNC works fine for me...I would imagine you'll have to turn off the Web and SSL server. that's on the WWW tab. You will also have to make 3 separate mapped links (80, 443, 8200 or whatever the other port was).. However I'm not sure this will work because you will only be able to connect to one computer on the network.. I believe there's an example of mapped links in the manual.
