When i started Lansuite 2002,
then goes the cpu-traffic to 100%
What can i do,
The other programs were slow, when i start Lansuite 2002,
The platform is
Windows XP 2003 Server,
Who can help me?!

The system requirements do not mention Windows 2003 as a supported platform, my guess is that LS 2002 doesn't support windows 2003.

Download and install the 2003 version and it will surely work well without inhibiting other programs. It is compatible with Win 2003 Server.

Are you sure? I tried to install LS2003 on W2003 Enterprise server to no success :(
