| Cant connect to edock over Web |

I am running LanSuite202 and eDock, with Macs and XP. I can log in to eDock operate it without a problem from the LAN side. I can connect to LanSuite and administer it over the Web, but cannot connect to eDock over the Web from Mac or XP-- can't even get to the login page. I have opened ports 5000-5003 on my firewall and reinstalled eDock. I'm having no success. Any help, please?

You've got to have something preventing the connection then, like a firewall or a router that is not properly forwarding the ports.

To test it, turn the firewall off. If it works then you know that it is in firewall settings.
