Recentl, my lansuite 2002 keep
on terminated by itself. Sometimes
it happen upto 3 to 4 times in a
day. When I check on my WinXP pro
event log, it mention like
"Faulting application lansuite.exe
... faulting module webprox.dll.."
i have tried finding more about
this "webprox.dll" info but with
no luck. Anyone encounter the
same error/problem and may I know
what will be the solution?

What version of LAN SUITE do you use? Version 2000a 1.0.34 and possible .35 had reported problem with a buffer overflow in WEBPROX.DLL. This was corrected in November 2001. Definitely get the latest build and your problem should be sold.

Thanks for your advice but my
version of lansuite is newer
than 2000a. I am using the 2002
version and still encounter the
error everyday.

Turn on all LAN SUITE loggin and then check the lan suite log for the last action, maybe that would help. LAN SUITE log file is a txt file in lan suite folders "date"i.txt.
Is there any chance that yo are running some proxy application, which will kill LAN SUITE when it send request? I never see, that by any guess counts. ;-)

Webprox.dll is the component that does Proxy serving. If you can get by without this and use NAT (firewall) instead, you can avoid this error. (Depends on why you got Lansuite)
