Mail merge to ODBC SQL Server 2K shows no fields

I have PC Suite Plus installed on Windows XP with MS SQL Server installed on the same machine. When I try to create a mail merge to an ODBC Database on the MS SQL Server 2K it allows me to select a database and the table required but does not display any fields to add as Mail Merge fields in the document.
The same ODBC link works perfectly with a mail merge from MS Word 2000 on the same machine.

Any ideas?
