Posted by  Darrell Coffey  on Monday, August 27, 2001 at 4:04:13 PM (EST)
how can I check incoming mail
for virsus?

Currently I am using nortons to scan the 602 server every minute

this seems like a waste, is there
a way to scan emails as they are collected?

I know nortons works with wingate,
anyone have any luck?

thanks

AVG ANTI-Virus is free but you need to load it on each machine in the network. Software602 says that integrated Virus scanning will be available in Oct.

Thabks for the AVG hint, I'm now running it on all workstations, and the ProLAN Server. PC Cillin wouldn't load on Win2K Server, but AVG did.....

Thanks to all who replied!
