Posted by  Brett K  on Friday, July 20, 2001 at 4:06:43 AM (EST)
I have a travelling rep, who wants his 602POP email.
How do i set up 602 to allow my rep to use the internet to tunnel into the 602 sever to get his mail.

Any Ideas.
Brett

If your server has a static IP just set your POP3 tabs IP address to "all interfaces" and then plug the static IP into his mail client as the pop3 server. Otherwise you can use a dynamic DNS provider like www.TZO.com or www.DYNDNS.com . Either way you still have to have a permanant connection.

I run 602Pro Lan Suite in a Windows2000 Professional PC. I have enabled incoming calls so any user connects to the server as if they were in the network.
