Yr email account setup in OE does not match the account in Lansuite.
if OE account is
toto@tutu.com
lansuite user must be toto and default domain must be tutu.com.

use the same ip as you did for your pop3

if your provider blocks SMTP port,
you can't use your own SMTP server.
All you can do is set your own provider SMTP using username/password given from provider.

pop3: yourowndomain.com
smtp: smtp.setyourownprovider.com

check "SMTP server requires authentification", and click [setting] and type your username and password given from provider. then it will be no problem
