succesfully activated
but does not show in printers loaded
tried add a printer... but cannot find 'inf' file

requested technical support... so far 3 tickets
either the product needs a lot of support?????
or the techies are sleeping.........

quick to take your money.....

I will be putting in a request fo 'hair restorer treatment' if I have any left....

have I been sent an incompatible driver

'Windows can't install the Print2PDF 8 kernel-mode print driver..
to obtain a driver that is compatible with the version of windows you are
running contact the manufacturers............

Surely Vista Home edition is nothing special!!!

4 tickets... no reply

I'm going to send a ticket every hour till the techies wake up

or look for a different product...........

Dear Malcolm,

Software602 Support department still exists and we communicate with you via e-mail since 23th May. Is there any other problem?
