| Printer not activated, error code -41 |

Since upgrading to the latest build of Print2PDF8, we get the error "Printer not activated, error code -41" whenever we try to use the printer. The server is activated successfully and the client was installed/updated via the shared printer on the server. This happens with a new install and also an upgrade. We also no longer can change any of the printer properties under the about tab or in printer preferences tab (just opens the about tab). This happens even on the server as the administrator.

I resolved this issue myself. Support still has not gotten back to my request. They are not very timely and I serously doubt will will be buying anymore software from 602 in the future.

Support finally closed my case after six days. It looks like six days is the time frame for getting a response to any technical problems... For anyone else who experiences this issue, I had to uninstall Print2PDF from the server and manually remove all traces and then do a reinstall. This happened when upgrading from 8 to the newest revision of 8.
