Hi
I get the PDF post-processing error 0x80004002(No such interface supported)when we use Prin2pdf version 8 for the first time everyday, I have 250 users who are getting very annoyed and they come straight to the IT team!!!. We are using Citrix PS4 on Windows 2003 sp2 platform. I logged a support ticket on the 07/10/2009 but have heard nothing, just wondered if anybody else has seen this.
