It seems with the latest upgrade BACKUP has stopped working. I have tried restarting it and starting it manually without any results.
Has anyone else had this issue and how did you correct it?

Restarting the system fixed the issue. I am now backing up as before. Like with most system issues. Just Reboot. I love being in a profession where 9 out of 10 problems can be fixed with the same answer:
REBOOT!!!
