| Receiving emails for non users |

Strange issue. A user say carl@xyz.com has a mailbox which does properly receive his email. He also sometimes receives emails for other users and always receives non-existent users emails. He is NOT set to receive unsorted emails and doesn't have any alias'. Unsorted emails are sent to a bit bucket for deletion. Any ideas? Sam

I would look closer at the emails he is receiving. Check the emails headers. Maybe they are being sent to him properly, because the header says to send it to him. Otherwise I would check the send all unsorted emails to this user, save it, then uncheck it. Maybe this will reset the bit to not send him the emails. Barry Kucher
