We've noticed that when using POP3 to receive our messages that they do not show up in chronological order. They seem to show up in a haphazard manner. This is causing problems for some users on mobile devices that only download so many messages at a time. You can see the replies before you get the original message. When we were using LanSuite this worked properly and messages arrived based on date/time. Using Groupware this doesn't work the same way. Is there some flag we can set somewhere to fix this?

We're having a similar problem. Some Emails appear to have a 'received' time stamp earlier then when they actually appear on the list, dropping them down the list and out of sight. This corresponds with the slow delivery time for those emails (i.e. they take a long time hours\days to arrive) Does anyone know what when 'received' time stamp is added to the email ?

Are you trying to use the mobile devices thruogh IMAP or POP? What are they? Iphones, blackberry, act. I am working on a simular problem right now with mobile users getting multiply duplicates of some messages. Also trying to get Iphones and blackberries to sync.

When using POP3 it doesn't matter what kind of device it is the problem is present. But on the PC you just let it finish downloading the few hundred messages and sort by date and everything looks fine. While they are showing up though you can see they are out of order. On the iPhone using POP3 is where it's more apparent since you only download 25 or 50 at a time. When using IMAP on the iPhone there is no such problems and the messages are in the correct order.
