| Unable to install Print2PDF 8 |

I have tried to install version 8 (Sept and Oct versions)and each time the installation process fails with a message advising that "PRINT2PDF driver has already been installed from a previous 602 Print Pack or Print2PDF version" and that it should be uninstalled before installing Print2PDF8.
Where am I going wrong?

I have the same problem. Version 7 was not working anymore, was told that upgrading to version 8 everything will work fine. what I am doing wrong?

Make sure there are no "Print2PDF" or "602PRINT PACK" or "602PRO PRINT PACK" programs listed in your add/remove programs. If there are, try to uninstall them, then try to reinstall.
If that doesn't fix the problem then you might need to manually remove some files and registry keys. You should contact support for that.

Thanks, but after going back and forth with the support on the internet. removed version 8, re-installed version 7 and working fine now, and got a refund for the upgrade. I think that there is a bug or problems with that version. I am very happy version 7 is back.
