Can someone tell me where you set the default font and font size while in HTML message mode?

In your browser. Default font and font size is not set in web client, so it depends on browser setting. It means HTML code produced by default does not contain any info about font face/size.
e.g.: In Firefox, you can change default font/size using the Contents tab in Options dialog. here is screenshot. http://samanathon.com/images/ff_java_adv_1.gif
