Creating Business Cards - How to
Posted by  David Niezabitowski  on Thursday, July 11, 2002 at 11:21:54 AM (EST)
A few people that I promote this product to ask me, "There is not template for business cards. How do I design my cards with this software?"

This is a simple, simple thing to do. Here's how:

1)Open a blank page by selecting the NEW option(duh?)

2)Select TOOLS - LABELS

3)Find the label : 5163 - Transport and select it...DON'T OPEN IT...just select it.

4)Selet PROPERTIES

IN THE PROPERTIES WINDOW:
a)Go up to "Label Type" and rename the labels to "5371 -Business Cards"
b)The page size options stay the same.
c) Uncheck "Rounded Corners" and Change the size :Height=2 Width=3.5
d) GAP = 0
e) Side Margin = .75
f) Top and bottom margins = .50

Now, at the bottom you should see a button that now say,"ADD".

Select it and there you go. You will forever have a business card template.

Now, remember. You only work on the one business card. Then the same images and text get automaticly copied to the other cards when you print them.
If you want the information to be different on every card you will need to upgrade to PCSuite Plus and utilize the Mail Merge features.
