Transition fromn Lansuite 2004 to Lansuite 5 Groupware was relatively painless (the main difference was that in Lansuite 2004 the Junk-mail folder is a subfolder of the Inbox, whereas in Groupware it is a top level folder). However: I've got a lot of files/documents on a NAS. I would like to add these to the Groupware documents folder (preferrably through Webdav). I suspect these files wind up in the Lansuite datebase. Now I would like to move this database from whereever it's located to my NAS. How do I go about to achieve that?

I've noticed that the following registry keys point to the directory where the database is stored: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Software602\602LanSuite\5.0\Groupware\key6 & ...\key7 Would simply copying the DATABASE directory and changing these registry keys be the solution?

I don't think you can move the database to a NAS, and it probably wouldn't be a good idea, anyway. Even with gigabit ethernet, if you get more than a couple users I think it would be extremely slow.
