Hello,
In my office using groupware version 5.0.08.0104. We use English outlook 2002 and Turkish outlook 2007 and in english version of outlook good connect with groupware but Turkish version of outlook connect with groupware but not syn. folders.
How can solve this problem ?

Make sure you are using the latest build of the software. From the Release notes:
Build 5.0.07.1109 Released November 14, 2007
* [Outlook Connector] Added support for Spanish (es), German (de), French (fr), Italian (it), Turkish (tr), and Portuguese (br) to the Outlook Connector.
