Does anyone know when / if support (such as software updates and AV updates) for LS 2004 will reach its EOL?

Not sure, but I can tell you that the AV updates are being pulled from the same server and the same files are being downloaded for both products so I think AV updating is safe. I would assume if you buy a renewal, they will support the product for at least a year. In my experience, LS2004 support will be around for at least a couple more years.

The last 602LAN SUITE 2004 build/patch was released in March 7, 2007. So it is safe to assume that developers are not working on this code anymore. Software602 policy is to support current version and one back. I expect that support for 2004 will be cut off this year when new version is released.
