LNS: Service Stopped

We have installed the 602lansuite for 10 users, we buy the 602lan suite 5.0 groupware server upgrade (10 users) and 602lan suite 5.0 groupware user pack (+20 users) we made the step-by-step installation but in the console of 602 lan suite 5.0 groupware the LNS: Service stopped appears. I need to enable this service to be able to make the migration of the information. I wanted suggestions to solve this problem, thank you they can respond me to my mail: sistemas@oceanicaltd.com

You can manually start the lan suite service by going to the services control. If it fails to start, try rebooting. If it continues to report a faliure, you may have a broken installation.
