Outbound FAX Server not working

Any ideas?

The fax server receives faxes just fine.
Send a fax using the 602 fax client, it processes the fax correctly and is placed into the queue. That's where it stays. Never gets sent.

Make sure the account has permission to send fax. Check the user setup.
