I THEY TO OPEN A PDF FILE WITH 602 AND ALL PDF FILES NOW WILL OPEN WITH 602 BUT IS CORRUPT

No Software602 product can open PDF files. That means nothing in PC Suite cannot properly read pdf files. It probably looks like a bunch of machine language or unreadable text on your screen. You need Adobe Acrobat Reader from http://www.adobe.com to read PDF files.
