We have recently been hammered by emails from several different domains, i.e., navers.com, empas.com, empal.com, dreamwhiz.com, etc. I have added all of these addresses to my blacklist and cleaned out completely my whitelists. However, every day when I check back some of these domains have been added back to my whitelists and the emails then get through. At one point, I had 14k addresses in my whitelist and the only thing that I could do was delete the email account and rebuild it. Any guidance in how to stop these addresses from being added to my whitelist would be greatly appreciated. Cecil Yount Director of IT Services Meridian Behavioral Health Services

What is your setting under "Bayesian Filter Learning"? If "Automatically learn from senders listed in the white list " is turned on, then you probably need to change the subsetting to "A Bayesian filter update request is sent to the Anti-spam account" so that you can control what e-mail addresses and domain names are added to your whitelist.
