Can some one help me with this problem please?
I need to block a user to send and recieve Intenet mail. The user only must send and recieve mails to/from internal users.

I don't believe that option is available in the current lan suite. You can, however block certain emails by blacklisting them.

You can do this by going into the User's account and unchecking the box called "User may send Internet messages".
This user will still have the right to send local messages to other LanSuite E-Mail addresses on you local LAN.
