I have a problem where none of my users are able to download mail from the server. The mail client (Microsoft Outlook), keeps saying "downloading message 1 of ..." and then it times out. Where can I go and look for the problem?
I have replaced the network cable. The machine has a brand new motherboard with onboard network card. So it is a brand new network card. I have tried reinstalling LANSuite to a different folder and copying the old files and folders to the new directory. Still no joy. Please help!!!!

Are your users able to view there mail through WebMail?
Also under Oulook Account settings you can run Test Account settings to see a little of what might be your problem.
