I an domain is entered in the whitelist should the bayesian filter ignore an email from this domain name?

I have rechecked the settings and there are emails coming through marked as spam by the bayesian filter from domains set up in the global whitelist in the administrator settings. Any clue what might be wrong?

Did you ever get a resolution for this problem because I have the same problem? No matter how I try it keeps blocking certain emails. I have checked and rechecked my settings and they will not work?
