Build 2004-0-06-1017 installed on Windows XP SP2. Mostly the fax server works fine as generaly, 98% of the time, we ensure all attachments sent to the server from Exchange are in .tiff format. Sometimes it may receive a document from a user in another format or it could be that it is receiving a external fax (unlikley as we do not advertise the fax number) which cause Lansuite to crash.
As Lansuite restarts the fax server starts, finds a documnet to send, the log shows that it is converting the document then it crashes. Just before the fax server stops it sends a message to fax receipents (like a received fax) with a 17kb .tiff formated attachment, however the attachment is unreadable as the document format is 'invalid or not supported' when veiwd through MS imaging.
The only way to fix the problem is to go into the Lansuite\IO\vystupni directory and delete all the files. These files have the same file prefix as what is displayed in the log window as the document it is converting.
Anyone have a resolution?

You say this happens when a user sends a fax to the server, not receiving a fax from the phone line. Maybe this has something to do with the particular file type the user is sending? What kind of files are they? Do you have the application in question installed on the server as well?
