High CPU load with SSL turned on
Posted by  Will Moonen  on Saturday, February 10, 2007 at 4:04:16 AM (EST)
All,

When I activate SSL for POP3 and SMTP, the Lansuite service shows a high CPU load. Which stays at 99% until I turn this feature off.

What could be wrong?

Best regards,
Will

it sounds odd but i don't know much about SSL i did a small bit of research and i wounder if it's somthing that would require allot of computer power to run all the time (by allot i mean more than avarage) but if not then i'm not sure... heres a website with a little info on ssl if you need it, http://www.webopedia.com/TERM/S/SSL.html

Sorry i could not be of much help =/
