trial expiration

when i tried to use 602 software a message came up that said the trial period expired. how can that be? i just installed it today.

Which software?

LanSuite 5-user version is free for use. So you should not be getting any trail experation message.

Even free version has to be registered within 30 days.

That is true, the free version has to be registered within 30 days. However, the registration is free for 5 users.

Did you reinstall the software or it was first installation? Anyway, there are couple add-on which are activated in free version and they expires in 30 days. e.g. Content Filter or ActiveReports. What exactly expired?

Other problem can be that your 602LAN SUITE cannot access registry database, so it does not know that it was registered. Check the user rights, turn off antivirus memory shield and of course you can try reinstall it.
