Message tracking
Posted by  Philip Philippou  on Friday, November 24, 2006 at 3:13:41 AM (EST)
Hi All

Silly question, but Ive been looking through Lansuite and I cant find anything that might allow message tracking. Is there such an option, or will I have to try and talk to the ISP.

Thanks
Andrew

in 'user setup' there is an option to copy all incoming & outgoing mail to a user. I suggest creating a user called 'Tracking' and copy all mail there. Then logon to the 'Tracking' web-mailbox. Define a rule to move all mail to another folder (deleted items perhaps). Then define 'delete mail after x days' on that folder.

Sorry, I dont mean to check all the messages being sent. I need to know if there is the same capability as in exchange, where I can follow the messages mail routings and see if they are getting delivered to the other party or not.
