| Creating a group with list of mail ids |

I am trying to create a group with mails ids just to address the group instead of typing individual's mail id. I hope it is possible to create one but need the procedure of doing it.

Open your email address in WebMail.
In the top options frame, click on 'Address Book'
Now click on 'Private Lists'
Enter the list name in the create box
Click on the green check mark
click on 'New recipient', the click on 'Enter address'
click on close when all addresses are ented.
Now on the right on side you will see 'Mail to'. click on this, and you can send email to the list.

It works in Webmail but I need this group id to be used by my mail client (Outlook) to send to the group members identified under the group. Is it possible ? If yes, Please provide the procedure.

I believe you will have to do a LDAP setup. Download the manual:

The LDAP setup starts on page 58.
