So my problem is that all of sudden one of my citrix servers print2pdf stops working. So I try to reload it and still doesnt work. when I try to print a test page it gives me an error that it couldnt print and thats it.

Did you try contacting support? If you need help and you bought the software, you can get it by submitting a ticket.
