When sending a pdf as e-mail two errors occur:
1) MapiLogon not found in mapi32.dll
next
2) Mail intialization error
(Windows 2003 server)
Can anyone help me, please?

Not 100% sure, but I'm pretty sure that Windows 2003 didn't ship with a MAPI client. You might want to try installing something like Office.

Try new Print2PDF 6.0, it has build in SMTP client.
