I have a small network which uses lansuite 2003 (I have a twin processor server). I have lansuite setup to collect email from my ISP and then fire the mail round my network. What I want to be able to do is use a laptop to access the mail either from within the network or outside it as there is a lot of internal mail passed between people inside the network. However I can't amange to do this without having two email accounts in outlook, one that ppoints to the internal IP address of my mail serve for when I'm within the network and the other that points to the url of the server when I'm outside the network. Any pointers gratefully received.

Have you tried using the External IP address, the address that the URL points too? Irregardless weather you are inside or outside the network, the external IP address should always find its way to your server.

Thansk for that, I've ordered a static IP from my ISP so that should solve it
