Licensing 4.2 on multiple computers?
Posted by  Rick Owen  on Friday, February 24, 2006 at 1:53:51 PM (EST)
I have a computer that is in my office at work and one in my home office. I am the only one that uses both computers. There is NEVER a time when both computers would be in use at the same time. Do I have to purchase a second license for my work office? I hope that the terms of the license allow the software to be used on multiple systems as long as it's not used concurrently on multiple systems. Thanks, Rick.

The end user licensing agreement says that it's licensed via the install, not the user. This is the same as Windows and most other programs I've come across. You might want to e-mail the sales department at sales@software602.com and see what they can do for you.

Or just get Open Office and install it free on all your computers.
