I would like to know if I can print from AutoCad or other CAD software (A0 drawing) to PrintPDF.

As long as the right paper sizes are installed it'll print. You might have to install a plotter printer as a "dummy" printer to get the paper size you're looking for installed.

New Print2PDF 6.0 was released with support for AutoCAD DWF Files. http://www.software602.com/products/print2pdf/
It may help to upgrade.
