corrupted mail?

This question relates to 602prolansuite. I have the following error message which prevents the user from downloading pop 3 email. All other users mailboxes are fine.

12:24:09 am POP3: [2] Login error: -ERR [SYS/PERM] Unable to process From lines (envelopes) in /home/.sites/45/site47/.users/131/rgt.johng/mbox; change recognition mode or check for corrupted mail drop.

Any ideas on how to resolve. Searched kb for info no luck.
