SMTP Server question
Posted by  David Lucas  on Thursday, November 17, 2005 at 6:25:35 AM (EST)
is it possible to set the configuration of the smtp server that if i send an email from my client with 5 addreeses in that is would send them seperately to my isps smtp server in relay mode? I have tried running without the isp's relay and my mail was not delivered as my ip address is dynamic and therefore considered as spam. I am running 4 users on an internal server with mail not going to us going to the outside world, but we cannot have more than 10 recipients in an email. This severely limits communication via email when you need to send a requested pricelist to more than 10 people at the same time.

I would also be interested in this facility.

In the meantime, (If you use outlook like me) you can try "Send Personally", a tiny add-in from www.mapilab.com. It converts hundreds of addresses in the TO box into hundreds of individual e-mails.
