I showed a client how to turn on and use the Watermark feature. However she's complaining that the watermark is too dark and it's printing ON TOP of data, not behind data.
Is there a way to fix this?

That's the way a digital watermark's supposed to work. If you want one under the image, use Print2picture.

We did get this resolved months ago. It turns out there's an option in PRINT2PDF to have the watermark BEHIND the image instead of on top. Once we did that, everything worked perfectly.
