license no. not accepted

Does anyone know what to do if the license number in response to my request is not accepted by the software?

try using copy and paste instead of typing it in.

Thanks, Robert, I actually did a copy and paste job (always do in situations like that) but it failed. I solved my problem by starting the registration process again, got a new license number and that worked!
