So what steps must be taken to remove 602 Suite and reinstall 602 Suite?
It looks like I will have to go this route in order to fix my export to pdf problem.

uninstall by using the uninstall icon in the pc suite program group on your start menu.
Reboot.
Install from the installer file on the web site here (click "download" link at the top of this page).
Once file is downloaded, 2x click it to run it.
Reboot.
