|hello command rejected: need fully qualified name

An outgoing email message received this response from an ISP. They need to get our verifiable domain name (www.paragons.com) in the hello command or the message is rejected. The ISP is receiving the email server's Windows computer name instead. Full response below:

These commands are are for Windows XP, but they should be simular for other versions of windows.
Right click on 'My Computer'
Select 'Computer Name' tab
Push 'change' button
Push the 'More' button
Enter domain name in 'Primary DNS suffix...' field
