I am having trouble receiving e-mails. People are receiving an error message that the mailbox has exceeded the limit. I have set the mailbox size limit at 9999 and deleted numerous e-mails from the system, but still e-mails can't get through?

yours users do the outlook express to send ´n receive theis messages, maybe the problem in the outlook´s configuration.
