| Cannot save any new work |

Have used 602everything for 4 years, I love it. Have upgraded from Win98se to a new HP winXPsp2 and cannot save my any new work to my previously used disc. Save & Save as both say "unknown error"
The previous work on 98se is intact and I can create from where I left off, just can't save anything.

Isn't this a default of the way you have saved your work in Windows?
If it is is a read only file you will not be able to save any changes to it. However you can rename it and change the place where the file is saved:
Alt > File > Save As.
(That's an OS work-around of course and nothing to do with difficulies with a programme running on it.)
