Unable to Relay

HI ,
I have installed 602 Lan Suite ,I can
send mail through webmail but not through Outlook or Other Pop3 S/w
Below is Error -:

Subject 'Re: ', Account: 'vew.com', Server: '192.168.0.1', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 5.7.1 Unable to relay for amit@vew.com', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC79

amit is user name and vew.com the local domain i have specified.
