I have been unable to provide GoToAssist access to an outside vendor coming through LanSuite 2004. It will only work on the server that LanSuite is installed on.
Has anyone else experienced this problem and do you have any suggestions on how to configure LanSuite to allow GoToAssist access?
Citrix's GoToMeeting does work - which makes no logical sense to either myself or Citrix support.

I take it this is some kind of remote control software like VNC, remore desktop, or pc anywhere? They did a tip about using VNC a while back that talked about creating mapped links, so you'll have to do that. It's actually a pretty valuable study in creating mapped links in and out of the software.

You'll probably have to change the ports, but citrix can tell you what ports it runs on.
